Readable terms for using the Soy Ronda website and app, including access to Lola, travel guidance, third-party links and editorial independence.
Access to Lola
Each account has five free questions. When payment is available, a one-time payment of €4.95 gives permanent access to Lola to answer questions about Ronda and guide your trip, and lets you create up to ten custom routes per account. It is not a subscription. A full refund cancels the purchased access.
Travel guidance
Soy Ronda offers practical travel guidance. It does not replace official notices, signs, emergency staff or a provider's instructions.
Information that changes
Opening hours, prices, access, events and availability can change. When we show an operational fact we name its source and when it was checked. An urgent Soy Ronda notice takes priority, followed by a valid provider result and information reviewed by Soy Ronda; if there is no data, we say so. Check urgent access, health, transport and opening information with the named source.
Safe decisions
Adapt every route to your health, mobility, the weather and the conditions on site. Stop and ask for help if a direction is not safe.
Trip changes
Removing a stop applies at once and can be undone. Weather, closures, heat, delays and schedule conflicts only create a proposal: you must accept it before your itinerary changes.
Third-party services
Links, maps and external bookings have their own terms. Soy Ronda does not control those services or confirm a purchase made through them.
Editorial independence
Recommendations should stay honest and practical. Sponsored, booking or affiliate relationships will be disclosed when they exist.
App availability
Android and iOS releases may change because of platform review, testing or development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date.
