Delete your account
How to delete your Soy Ronda account and data, what is removed, what we keep, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
From the app
Open Profile, tap Delete account and confirm by typing ELIMINAR. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account, profile and preferences, your saved routes and trips, your conversation with Lola and your purchase record in our database.
What we keep
The payment provider keeps its own transaction records as the law requires. Support messages and experience requests you sent us are kept to handle them, unless you ask us to delete them.
If you cannot sign in
Send the request below from the email address of your account. We check that you are the account holder and process the request within one month at most.
